Returns and Refunds

We have a no-hassle returns and refunds policy, if you don't love your order, contact as at support@peatsy.com and we will issue you a refund, no questions asked - or if you prefer, we'll work with you on an exchange.

All we ask is that you initiate the return within 30 days of receiving your order.

If you opt for an exchange or return, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to contact us at support@peatsy.com to let us know of the issue, then make a separate purchase for the new item. We will refund your original order as soon as we're made aware of the issue.

If you prefer to wait for the refund before making a new purchase, please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
